Hi, I'm Noah.

Welcome to my digital resume and portfolio.

A little about me.

I'm Noah Hester, and I've got a bit of a "jack of all trades" approach to life. When I say I'm a "jack of all trades," I mean that I'm passionate about accumulating a diverse range of knowledge and skills to thrive in a multitude of scenarios.

One thing you'll quickly learn about me is that I'm not a fan of the daily grind of repetitive tasks. Instead, I'm all about embracing change, learning, and growth. This has led me to embrace nearly every opportunity that has knocked on my door.

Whether I'm reading an update from Hubspot on the latest trends in social media marketing, listening to a podcast from the Branch Media, or working on a new strategic plan for a client; I'm always looking for more ways to grow professionally and personally.

Through my Missouri State University education and various work experiences, I've been provided with many valuable insights into the world of digital marketing and public relations. I value the many lessons I've received, and I look forward to learning more as I advance in my career.

Motivated.

 Adaptable.

Organized.

Whether I'm working on a project for a client or practicing my putting for a disc golf tournament, I'm driven to succeed. To achieve my goal of graduating a semester early and leaving college without any debt, I had a typical class load of 18 hours while working a roughly 40-hour workweek. This drive I developed in college carried over into my professional career as well. I currently work as a Digital Marketing Strategist for Volume Nine and own an online disc golf shop. This may seem like a lot, but I enjoy the challenge and I'm driven to always try to do more.

Change is happening all around us 24/7, and I am always ready for it. No matter the situation, algorithm update, or new task that comes my way; I'm ready to adjust my strategy and dive in head first. I never want to become content doing "the same thing we did last time" because it's the easy thing to do. I want to examine previous works and figure out how we can improve them further. I also want to be flexible rather than rigid when it comes to working. I find that the more versatile I can be, the more valuable I become.

By my own choice, I am usually very busy balancing several tasks all at once. Between my day job, side job, personal life, and miscellaneous tasks; I am constantly moving different pieces around and alternating from one task to another. Fortunately, this has translated into excellent time management and organization skills. I have become a planner, and I have to be very intentional with my time in order to stay ahead and not fall behind.  With everything planned in advance, I can clear my head and efficiently focus on each task in a timely manner.
